  1. Remove the PlayerLync app from "program and features"    
  2. Remove the PlayerLync app from the home screen / Start Menu
  3. Remove existing PlayerLync app files from C:\Users\{AccountName}\AppData\Local and C:\Users\{AccountName}\AppData\Roaming
    (These folders are hidden and window settings might need to be change to view them.) 

                e.g. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\SurfaceLync

                e.g. C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\PlayerLync
