If you require a mass change to be made to all of your Members, Devices, Groups, or Orgs please contact PlayerLync Support and they can assist you. 

The PlayerLync Support Team can perform one-time imports of Members, Groups, Group Memberships, Devices, and Orgs. Please download and fill out the templates attached to this article, and send it to your Customer Success Manager. 

Bulk Import Requirements: 

  • Imports must contain a minimum of 50 items per import type. If there are few items the PlayerLync Support Team will not perform the import. 
  • The bulk import templates must not be altered. The headings and sheet names must remain intact. If the import template is modified in any way other than adding rows of data to it, the import request will be rejected and must be resubmitted. 
  • Bulk imports have a turn-around time of 5 business days. If you need your data sooner you must manually enter the information. 
  • Bulk imports cannot be performed if your organization is using an integration.
