Adding Page Breaks

When you have a form with many fields, it’s a good practice to split your form into multiple pages to ensure that the length of your form won’t overwhelm your employees.

To create a multi-page form simply drag a Page Break field to the form preview area, and a new page will be created. You can then drag/add fields to each page.

Enable Save / Resume (Saving Form Progress)

When you have a longer form, it is convenient to allow your employees to save their progress and finish the form at a later time.

Note: Your form must contain at least 1 Page Break field to enable the Save and Resume functionality.

  1. Go to the Builder tab
  2. Edit your form
  3. On the right side, click Form Properties
  4. Click "show more options"
  5. Check the box, "Allow Clients to Save and Resume Later"
  6. Click Save Form
