How to Clear my Cache in Chrome

To clear your Chrome cache:
1) Go to https://NAME.playerlync.net/ (make sure there's nothing after the .net)
2) If you are logged in, logout by clicking your account icon in the top right corner, and clicking Log out
3) Right click anywhere on the page and click Inspect
4) Click and hold on the Reload button in the top left corner of Chrome
5) Select Empty Cache and Hard Reload
6) Close / Quit Chrome
7) Reopen Chrome and log back into the PlayerLync Admin Portal / Team Manager
