SERVER RELEASES
Regular Server Maintenance occurs Tuesday nights between 7:30pm and 10pm MT. Note that this window represents a range when maintenance may occur and does not represent the duration of the maintenance or outage. PlayerLync staff is responsible for performing maintenance and will notify you should you be required. Generally speaking, we’ll handle it for you.
PlayerLync adheres to a best practice Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process. The overall goal is to allow PlayerLync to adapt to change and deliver working software as quickly possible. This process promotes a disciplined process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation, resulting in rapid delivery of high-quality software.
For purposes of this document, PlayerLync categorizes its server software releases into three general buckets. Patch Releases, Minor Releases, Major Releases and Emergency Hot Fix releases. PlayerLync has a remaining category for general server and systems maintenance.
