When trying to login to the app you get a message that says "You must connect to the server for the first login"
When logging into the app for the first time you must be connected to the Internet and able to connect to the PlayerLync server.
- Verify that you can connect to the Internet. Open a web browser on your device and verify that you can access various webpages.
- If you are connected to the Internet and still cannot login, your network maybe blocking the connection to the PlayerLync server. Provide your IT Team with the information in this article to allow access to the PlayerLync server.
