There may be cases where you need the ability for a member to have admin privileges within the Admin Portal to an org that is higher in the org tree than where the member resides. For example:

Org Tree Example:

  • Company Name (Primary Org)
    • Corporate (Sub-org)
      • Trainer (Member)
    • District A (Sub-org)
      • Store 1 (Sub-org)
    • District B (Sub-org)
      • Store 2 (Sub-org)

In the example above, "Trainer" needs access to manage all of the Districts, and Stores. To allow access:

  1. Login to the Admin Portal with a member that has access to the Primary Org
  2. Click the Members tab
  3. Search for the Member you would like to give admin access to
  4. Click on that Member
  5. Click the Move button
  6. Select "Allow access to another organization"
  7. Click Next
  8. On the Org Tree on the left side, click on the highest level Org they need access to. (If you select the Primary Org they will be able to access and manage all sub-orgs.)
