If You Are Having Trouble Submitting a Form


  • It is possible to have required boxes that are set to "hidden" in a Form. These boxes must be "unhidden" before they can be filled out to make the form work correctly.
  • If you have a multi-page form, you must go through each page before submitting it even if the fields are not required.
