Shared Library on Mobile Device

Your organization’s Members will access the Shared Library using the link you created for them. In the example below, we have created a Navbar Link, named it “File Repo” and used a cloud icon for the link.

The steps for downloading files from the Shared Library are easy for your Members…

  1. Navigate in the app to the Shared Library link. That will depend on what type of link you have created for them. (Article: How to create links for sharing)

  2. Tap the names of the folders to expand or collapse them until you find the content you are looking for. Tap the name of that content to open the file right there on the screen, or tap the cloud icon with the downward facing arrow to initiate the download process

  3. Once you have selected the content you wish to download to your device, you will see a new window on the right of the screen asking you to select the column you want to place the content in when it downloads as well as the Section Header (folder name) for the content.

  4. After selecting your options, tap the “Queue for Download” link

  5. Your chosen content will download during the next regularly scheduled check-in (Note: The content will remain on your device for 72 hours then automatically be removed to preserve storage space.)
