TEAM MANAGER OVERVIEW 


Team Manager is an add-on PlayerLync module where Members complete assigned training and forms, where managers can view training and form data, and where administrators will manage forms and courses.

Note: All Team Manager functions are available from a tablet or a computer; however, it’s recommended to use a computer for Team Manager administrative or manager tasks for a smoother experience.

TEAM MANAGER NAVIGATION OVERVIEW

Upon logging in, users will see the following navigation tabs:

A

Training Queue

Queue of courses and forms that are required to complete. Members can be setup to always land here upon log in. (This option is on their Member Account page.)

B

Main Navigation

Navigate to different options and tasks within Team Manager. Various tabs can be hidden by an administrator if the organization is not using aspects of the platform. (See Settings tab while logged in as an Admin.)

C Org or Location The selected option from this drop-down is the name of the org you are reviewing data for. (This may also be a search box if your organization has more than 100 locations.)
D Award Summary An overview of the Member name, employee number, level, points, points ranking against team, and point awarded history. (Note: This is only available if gamification is enabled.)
E Member Profile Log out or change the Member's password
F PlayerLync Navigation This menu provides quick navigation links to other administrative areas in the portal as well as any previously created Intranet Links
